What is Fantasy Island All About?
Fantasy Island is an American fantasy drama television series created by Gene Levitt. The show ran on ABC from 1977 through 1984. Fourteen years later, in 1998, there was a one-season reappearance of the show, and on February 14, 2020, a horror-themed sequel film was produced.
In December 2020, Fox ordered a new series that would air in the middle of 2021 as a sequel to and continuation of the original 1977 series.
